For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, accepting for secure, painless entry at any time—day or nighttime.

Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful home instructions. You can also access the front door lock and control the AC thermostats directly inside the portal, making your stay smooth and anxiety-complimentary.

Management:
Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties, and we’re committed to making your stay delightful and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can conveniently reach us through the Vrbo app, by phone, or e-mail. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

Family-Friendly:
As parents of young kids, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. That`s why we`ve made our home as family-friendly as possible. We provide a Pack `n Play with crib sheets, and there’s ample space in any bedroom for set up. We’ve also supplied kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and silverware, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $200 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

Pool heater:
The pool requires a lot of electricity heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it, please note we need at least 5 days to heat the pool and must be booked and paid for, for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to April.

Hot Tub:
The use of the hot tub is supplied in your nightly rate, there is no additional charge. Our team will turn the hot tub on prior to your arrival.

No Adhesives on Walls:
Do not use tape, hooks, stickers, or any other materials to attach decorations or items to the walls, as this may cause damage.

No Glitter Accepted:
Glitter is extremely difficult to clean and can cause lasting damage to furnishings and surfaces. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us provide a clean, welcoming space for every guest.

Pests:
Corolla is home to midges, tiny bugs that are common in the area during certain seasons. While they are harmless and don’t bite at all, they come in numbers, so we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible to minimize their presence indoors. Keeping the lights off at nighttime is also a tremendous help. We also treat the area regularly to manage their numbers, but be aware they can still affect outdoor spaces. Bug spray but it is a great idea for appreciating the deck and pool areas. Snakes are also common in Corolla at times from the Marsh. If you notice one on property, please contact us and we`ll have animal control come remove them.
House Rules
• Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No events or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are stringently prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or photos, and no confetti or glitter is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Animals must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your family pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, street parking is not allowed. Max 6 cars allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Kids under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
• BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.

• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of home rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
