You'll want to relax in the sunken hot tub just outside these rooms on the covered deck. The laundry area has a convenient washer/dryer.

As you reach the third level, savor the great room with vaulted ceilings, a half-bath, a wet bar with a new under-counter refrigerator, and miles of oceanfront glass.
