The private villa includes a furnished deck for bird watching and leisurely outdoor entertainment.



The home’s unique layout creates a flow from room to room that cannot be matched. The open-air kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare home-cooked meals or snacks for the beach. A leather couch and a intelligent TV welcome casual downtime and movie nights in the living room. Free WiFi, streaming, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Rest in the rocking chairs or take a bicycle ride around the island and stop at the close by waterfront QuarterDeck for fresh southern cuisine at the base of the Harbour Town Lighthouse. It’s all waiting for you!



Things to Know

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.

Please note E-bicycles are not allowed.





*Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025.

Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.

Heavy machinery and construction cars will be traveling to and from the project site.

Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.

Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bicycle riders and pedestrians.

Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bicycle riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.

For safety, bicycle riders will be required to dismount and walk bicycles around the active work zones.

Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance.
