There is a queen bedroom with a private full ensuite bath and another queen bedroom, as well as a hallway full bath.



The beach is an painless 4 min. drive to either the 3rd street access or the 5th street access, or if you'd like to walk it is 14 mins. to walk to 3rd street. Stores, eateries, and KDH attractions like the Wright Brothers Memorial are also just mins. away.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Home to the famed first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a gorgeous and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the handsome OBX beaches!

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.
