This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in Nags Head – right in the center of it all! Within an simple drive of many great local attractions including the elegantly modernized Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, we’re sure you will agree that the location can’t be beat.

Fall asleep each nighttime to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to gorgeous sunrises from your porch with unobstructed vistas of the ocean. The unit also features a well-equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs (2), cable, WiFi, and an in-suite washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen bed. Linens (bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and sheets) are included by an independent vendor and the beds will be made when you arrive!

The property offers direct beach access, two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grilles in the common area, and a kids’s play space - all available for your enjoyment.

The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and really appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a suitcases lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenities of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

This unit is located on a second-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).

Our excellent caretaker, Aaron, is as committed to your experience as we are.

There is a two-dog max., we can not allow cats, and we do not charge a pet fee. There is no smoking allowed in the unit.  We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.
