This ground-level Hilton Head Island rental overlooks both the lagoon and golf course fairways, offering fabulous vistas. Welcome to this first-floor, single-level corner unit, where you’ll have everything you need for a great vacation!

Featuring an open-concept floor plan with coastal colors and décor throughout, this vacation rental has wood floors and a entirely equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances. Additional bar seating for two is available at the kitchen pass-through, and the dining room table comfortably seats six. The living room includes an HDTV, a new comfortable queen sleeper couch that sleeps two, and a loveseat.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and flat-screen TV, along with doors that lead directly to your private patio. The en-suite bathroom features a gorgeously refreshed shower.

French doors lead to a private courtyard where you can relax and savor amazing golf course and lagoon vistas. A table with seating provides the ideal spot for morning coffee or dinner in the evening while taking in the delightful vistas of the 11-mile lagoon. The patio offers some of the best vistas in all of St. Andrews Common!

For added convenience, the community pool is located right outside the villa. The beach is conveniently accessible by bicycle or by using the seasonal Dunes Buggy Shuttle. You’ll also be close to everything marvelous that Palmetto Dunes has to offer, including pickleball, tennis, fishing, bicycle trails, kayaking, golf, eateries, stores, and, of course, the beach!
