Head down to Mimi's Tiki Hut located in the Marina and sip on a cold one while relishing in the warm Outer Banks sun. Bring your boat and spend a day on the water. This canal-front home has access to the public boat ramp. After a long day of fun in the sun, dine at Blue Water Grille in the Marina, and experience the taste of the freshest seafood the Outer Banks has to offer. Located just three miles from the nearest beach access and in the lively community of Pirates Cove, this home is everything you will need for a ideal vacation hideaway.

FIRST LEVEL:

King En Suite, is one of two in this handsome home and is sure to be the ideal place to rest your head or appreciate a hot bath in the garden tub. Unwind in the privacy of your cavernous En Suite with private access to the deck, vistas of the canal or sit and savor the flatscreen TV.

Two Queen beds are in the second bedroom also found on this level. Open the sliding doors and let the crisp ocean air flow through the room or walk out to enjoy vistas of the canal. You might find yourself relaxing and appreciating the flat-screen TV, too. Adjacent to this bedroom is a full bathroom for sharing with the third room on this level.

A Queen over Queen Bunk Bed can be found in the third bedroom. Appreciate the private sliding door, providing access to the deck, and just a few steps from a striking walk around the docks of Pirate's Cove.

SECOND LEVEL:

Living/Kitchen/Dining - climb the stairs and spend some time in the main living area. Recently modernized and decorated with vistas of the canal and sound, this is a magnificent space for unwinding after a full day of fun in the sun. Savor a cup of coffee while basking in the morning sunshine on the upper deck accessible from the living room. Head into the newly modernized kitchen in the evenings to whip up a scrumptious meal that the entire crew will enjoy. This well-equipped kitchen comes outfitted with everything you need for a beautiful meal. The dining room offers ample space for everybody to spend some quality time together. Enjoy a flat-screen TV, multiple board games/cards, or binge on your favorite shows using the high-speed internet throughout the home. Down the hall, you can find a half bath for your convenience.

King En Suite is the second of two in this home. When the nighttime is through, choose to rest your head in this roomy King En Suite located on this level. Access the deck from your En Suite and look up to embrace the starry sky above.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
