The well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops and refreshed stainless steel appliances—including two fridges, two dishwashers, and two ovens—offers ample space for preparing meals with ease. Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher, pool heat does not work if the air temperature is below 60 degrees), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.
Beach Access Information Village at Nags Head
All homes in the Village at Nags Head are located between Mileposts 14 and 15, with community beach access and a bathhouse available at roughly Milepost 14.5 (4329 South Va Dare Trail).
Parking passes are required to use the private beach access, and this home provides two parking permits for your stay. Guests staying in our oceanfront homes will savor direct beach access from the property and may not need to use the parking permits.
