A sophisticated kitchen with contrasting cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a striking center island with pendant lighting and seating for 3 await the chef in the group and provide the ideal backdrop for good company and perhaps a shared glass of wine together. This special space is sure to see the creation of many delectable meals shared together as a group, while creating lasting memories. Appreciate your culinary masterpieces in the intimate dining space with a polished wood table for 6 and calming, neutral decor. There is a half bathroom on this level for convenience.

Up on the second level, the cavernous King En Suite features a contrasting wood bedroom set and private deck access. The full bathroom features double sinks and an upsized tiled stall shower. Two additional Queen bedrooms contain beautiful, reclaimed wood bedroom sets and cheerful linens in blues and greens. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath.

The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this fabulous resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 2 to May 18. Beginning May 23, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
