Appreciate your culinary masterpieces in the intimate dining space with a polished wood table for 6 and calming, neutral decor. There is a half bathroom on this level for convenience.

Up on the second level, the roomy King En Suite features a contrasting wood bedroom set and private deck access. The full bathroom features double sinks and an upsized tiled stall shower. Two additional Queen bedrooms contain striking, reclaimed wood bedroom sets and cheerful linens in blues and greens. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath.

The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.

**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Kids 2 and under are complimentary.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
