TOP LEVEL:
The huge Great Room encompasses the living area and dining area that has a table that will seat 6 guests. A entirely-equipped kitchen has a bar counter that can seat 3 more guests. Appreciate your morning drink on the covered front deck that is off the kitchen. On the other side of the room, sliding doors lead to a sun deck with a picnic table for outside dining with plenty of chairs to sit and talk with family. There is a half bath on this level near the kitchen. The King Master Suite has a tiled shower in its private master bath. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
There are 3 bedrooms on this level. A Queen Master Suite has a tile shower in its master bath. A Queen bedroom shares the hall bath (shower/tub combo) with the third bedroom that has 2 Twin beds. A door from the Queen bedroom leads to the outside stairs down to the ground level where an outside shower is available to shower off after visiting the beach. A hot tub is located on the back patio area behind a privacy fence and picnic table for appreciating outdoor snacks. The garage has been turned into a game area with a Ping Pong and Foosball tables. There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway.

In season, the Magnolia Bay section has a full-size pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones plus tennis courts with pickleball lines. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, sizable community pool with kiddie pool, Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball!
