Centrally located, with marvelous canal and marsh vistas, and an simple 3-4-min. walk to Fripp's incredible 3+ miles of beach. On the second floor with 3 sets of about 8 steps each for access. Accommodates up to 4 guests. Private fishing/crabbing dock out back. 12 brand new Pickleball courts next door.

Our posted prices include Resort access, a golf cart, linens, wi-fi, and cleaning at checkout. Our rates are optimized for weekend and weekly units. If you are looking for a visit of 3-6 days let us know and we can get you a discounted quote.

We can provide a quote for rates without Resort access and luxury cards if you prefer.

Most people do purchase amenities cards, especially during the summer months, as the resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort conveniences such as pools, eateries, and activities. Without the cards you still have access to the beach and there are a couple places on island where you can get a bite to eat. There are multiple good eateries close by off island. We provide info for local dining and sightseeing. If you opt to go without cards and change your mind while visiting, you can still get them.

We can consider one pet with a non-returnable pet fee of $200.

Our latest upgrade is a new plush king bed in the main bedroom. Major updates finished in spring of 2025. New paint and LVP floor throughout. New kitchen cabinets with quartz and wood counter tops. All new appliances, including washer and dryer. New seating and TV in the main living area, All new seating on rear deck including 2 comfortable rockers

Updated bathrooms. Over the past 25 years our guests have adored their stay, and our ratings attest to that. We have taken things up to a new level of comfort and enjoyment. We like it and hope you will too. Come check it out soon. Fripp is a great place to visit any time of the year.

There's tons to do on the island and in the local area and we provide you with some great information. Fripp is a very special place, and we hope that is what you get from your experience.

The main living area provides great marsh and canal vistas, cozy seating, and a new 50" TV. Appreciate a good assortment of programming and if you like you can stream your music and entertainment. Just off the main living area is the screened porch area which is a great place to pass some time. You can watch the tides change and view the wildlife that comes and goes.

TV in each bedroom as well as access to nearly unlimited music choices. There are some nice options available, or you can just sit back, relax, and do nothing at all – your choice. An ultra-peaceful and efficient heating/cooling system. 68 degrees is the coolest setting available. There is a good selection of dining and drinkware and a great assortment of pans and silverware.
