Pool/beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas are not included. Chairs and umbrellas are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.

**Motorcycles, RV`s, and Trailers**
Per Resort Policy Motorcycles, RV`s, and Trailers are not allowed on-site.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is stringently non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Animals:
Sorry, but family pets are not allowed on the premises. We appreciate animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-complimentary environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain peaceful hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. min. Occupancy:
The max. number of guests allowed is 10 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No events or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the max. occupancy without prior approval.

7. Conveniences and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:

By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-returnable $55 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in impressive condition while also protecting you during your stay.
