The entirely outfitted kitchen, featuring granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, awaits your culinary adventures. We provide a drip & K-pod coffee maker, toaster, blender, kids`s dinnerware, and all essential cookware. Gather around the six-person dining table, where every meal comes with a striking coastal backdrop.

Three serene bedrooms offer a peaceful nighttime`s sleep for up to 8 guests. Fresh bed linens and bath towels are included for the number of guests on your reservation. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials (kitchen towels, toilet paper, trash bags) for your first nighttime. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay.
* Beach Items: Pool/beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas are not supplied. Chairs and umbrellas are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.
* Safety: For your tranquility of mind, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit.
* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-returnable $55 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
* Parking Limitations: No motorbikes, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is stringently non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Family Animals:
Sorry, but family pets are not allowed on the premises. We adore animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-complimentary environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain peaceful hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. min. Occupancy:
The max. number of guests allowed is 10 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No events or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the max. occupancy without prior approval.

7. Conveniences and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities included responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is supplied in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furnishings or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
