Accommodating 10, the home comes with a Golf Cart, Community pool, 55' of dock space located at Hammock Canal #56 (directly behind property), and covered parking for boat and jet ski trailer. If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it would need to be stored off-site. Master suite has a King bed, private balcony and jetted tub. 2nd bedroom with attached bathroom on main floor has a Queen bed. Final two bedrooms on top floor have a Queen bed in one and Double Bunk Bed in the other. There is a Jack-&-Jill bathroom between the final bedrooms. Conveniences include: Flat-screen TVs, gas grille, fish cleaning station, WiFi, covered deck with furnishings, and outdoor shower. View of canal and marsh from property and when renting, guests have access to community pool, tennis courts, and exercise center. Parking for 4 cars max..
