The adjacent dining area with seating for eight is open to the kitchen and has access to the deck. A den with a wet bar and a bath completes this level.

The second living level has two primary bedrooms and a laundry room with a utility sink. The first bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with a hottub tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, a single bed, and a private bath. Throughout the home are a total of six TVs for private, or family, movie breaks.
