The Space:

The cavernous living-dining area is anchored by a gorgeous solid-wood table that seats your entire group comfortably—ideal for shared meals, game nights, or spreading out laptops for remote work.



The entirely refreshed kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and a generous island with seating. Whether you're preparing breakfast or hosting a group dinner, you'll find everything you need to prepare and entertain with ease.



The home comfortably sleeps eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an attached private bath with a huge walk-in shower, and double doors that open directly onto the screened-in porch and hot tub area. Might we tempt you to end the day with a relaxing soak?!The remaining three rooms each offer comfortable queen beds, soft white linens, tons of natural light (and blackout curtains!) and plenty of closet space. Guests have access to the home and backyard. Guests do not have access to any of the buildings located in the property.

The home is located at the end of a peaceful street, in a safe residential neighborhood, while still being just mins. from grocery stores, eateries, coffee stores, James Island County Park, Folly Beach and all the best experiences Charleston has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

The host does live in the home next door and uses the sheds and garage for storage.
