This impressive home is conveniently located across the street from the Currituck Sound in the handsome Monterey Shores Neighborhood. It is less than a mile from the beach. The layout of the home has plenty of space for up to nine guests. The sun-filled great room and dining area are ideal for family gatherings. The broad deck access and a private heated pool make the Holiday House a ideal vacation spot. Plus, it’s just a short drive to Timbuck II Shopping Village, where you'll find a wide variety of eateries, stores, and local attractions to discover.

The private pool, with an optional heater, is surrounded by comfortable new lounge chairs and a dining set, ideal for appreciating meals outside. There’s also an outdoor pool bathroom with a shower, making it super convenient to rinse off after a swim.

On the first level, you will find an expansive King En Suite. Being the only room on this level, whoever stays in this bedroom will have tremendous privacy and comfort.

Walk up to the second level to get to the other bedrooms. There are two Queen Bedrooms, one with deck access, a full shared bathroom and another King En Suite also with deck access. You will also find a additional room which has a day bed for another sleep option. You will adore the modern furnishings and beachy decor throughout this home.

The third level is where you will find yourself hanging out the most. Up here is an expansive living space with a pretty sectional couch that includes a Queen sleeper couch for additional linens options, as well as a flat screen TV. The enormous kitchen will allow for great meals to be prepared and there are two options for dining tables. For those who like to talk to the chefs in the kitchen, they will appreciate the bar seating. Venture up to the Crows Nest on this level where you will find a second cozy seating area. There is also a half bathroom on this level for painless access.

For added flexibility, the home offers multiple additional sleeping options, including a Queen sleeper couch in the main living room, another in the loft, and a daybed in the additional room. These additional beds make it simple to accommodate bigger groups or provide cozy space for guests. For the one in the group who stays up late reading a good book, you will likely find them up in the fourth level loft with the Queen Couch Bed.

Beyond the amenities of the home, guests can savor the fresh amenities of the Monteray Shores community. Take a invigorating swim in the community pool, play a game of tennis or basketball, or let the kids enjoy the playground. The community pool is available from 9AM until 6PM from the Saturday before Memorial Day until the Sunday after Labor Day. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the boat ramp and breathtaking soundside trails that lead to Whalehead in Historic Corolla. Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option and enjoy warm, calming swims. A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**
