1890's historic home completely refreshed includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, huge private deck and off street parking. Master suite includes sizable walk in closet, bath with separate shower and soaking tub, adjacent sunny office with constructed-in desk for 2. There are 2 additional bedrooms with separate shared bath. Kitchen includes enormous pantry with additional refrigerator and laundry room both adjacent to the open kitchen. Living room has a bay window looking out toward Craven Street and a gas fireplace. Adjoining dining room has a round walnut table that seats 8-12 people. The open kitchen includes a Jenn-aire range and separate constructed in grille. It is a FULLY equipped kitchen! The den, which opens on to the huge deck, has a wood burning fireplace. The deck comes with a Green Egg grille and a copper fire pit.
This property is located in the exclusive Point neighborhood and can not be rented for less that 30 days due to City Ordinance. It is a five min. walk to Bay Street stores, eateries and the Waterfront Park.
