We have created a comfortable space for families, making it your kid friendly home away from home. Our home is located in a peaceful neighborhood a short drive from the beach (3.9 miles from Wrightsville beach, 12 min. drive depending on traffic) an even shorter drive to Mayfaire shopping and eateries (backroads through the neighborhood take you directly into it). Tucked just off the main roads our goal is to provide a cozy place to relax, year after year.
The space
3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home, cozy, brick, single level 1700 sqft home with a single step down to a additional game/TV room, the ideal hideaway for two families with kids. In a modest, safe, peaceful neighborhood that’s ideal for evening strolls, it is a short drive (3.9 miles from Wrightsville beach) only 15 mins. to downtown, bars and eateries and a 10 min. drive from local Ogden parks and Portersneck area eateries and groceries.

Property includes a sizable fenced in backyard, a modest patio. Roomy parking for boats or trailers, and an supplied attached garage to store your motorcycle or hot rod. Sorry the Detached is not supplied in the rental, yet, but we have big plans.
