Welcome to the historic Thaddeus C. Dickinson home est. 1904. Elegant, comfortable, open & modern, The Thaddeus is a entirely-remodeled flat in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington. Everything downtown is walkable: eateries, stores, bars, multiple music venues, the riverfront and riverwalk. Sitting on the front porch accepts you to feel the pulse of downtown, but is peaceful enough to relax. We have complimentary on-street parking and are only mins from multiple beaches.

This is a completely-refreshed cavernous, first-floor flat in the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC. Originally constructed in 1904, it was modernized and restored in 2024. We adore the home and cannot wait for you to be our guest!

Guests can use the entire first floor and sizable, roomy front porch.
Other things to note
This entire space is on the first floor of the property. There is a long-term resident space on the second floor of the property that is a separate flat. That space has a separate entrance with separate parking with no shared space. The front porch is part of the downstairs (ABNB) unit and is solely available for you during your stay.
