Whether you’re here for sunrise walks on the beach, fresh seafood dinners, or simply some salty breezes and relaxation, you’ll find everything you need right here at the Sand bUKet.

Two queen bedrooms
One room with a bunk bed plus a twin
One full bathroom
Living area with TV and deck access (stairs down to the driveway)

Queen bedroom with connecting full bathroom (also accessible from the living area)

Kitchen with granite countertops, a four-burner cooktop, and a constructed-in grille

Dog-Friendly Stay
We’re happy to welcome up to two friendly dogs with prior approval and a pet fee. Please:

Clean up after your family pets
Keep them off furnishings and beds (bring a favorite blanket if needed)
Don’t leave pets uncrated or alone for long periods — a medium crate and infant gates are included
Make sure furry friends are flea-treated, friendly, and well-behaved
(Please note: this is a pet-friendly home and may not be suitable for guests with dog allergies.)

Guest Notes & House Rules

No events or additional overnight guests — we’re locals and just a few miles away.
Please clean the grille and replace propane if it runs out
Guests are responsible for rolling trash bins to and from the curb on pickup days
We provide a starter supply of paper goods (first roll of TP in each bathroom + one paper towel roll)
Before checkout: please take out trash, strip the beds, put laundry in the laundry area, start the towels in the laundry, and run the dishwasher
Accidents happen — if something breaks, just let us know so we can make it right for the next guests. (That's what your insurance is for!)
