Bath 1: Spectacular shower on one side of the fireplace, private water closet on the other side.
Bath 2: The queen bedroom has an inviting soaking tub with handheld shower, vanity sink.

Bath 4: Marble and tile shower with two shower heads, glass door, separate granite vanity.

Living Room:
Grandiose Charleston living room with two comfortable couches, broad art, constructed in bookcase, beautiful dining table with seating for eight, and Samsung “Frame” TV.

Totally outfitted with modern appliances, combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine, and all the modest electronic gadgets. The kitchen opens directly to the piazza with another dining table and generous seating.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a refreshed dependency or a freshly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it located on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old wood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. - Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions supplied by the host.
- The Wonderer access must be booked in advance – no refunds for availability issues.
