Bath 1: Sensational shower on one side of the fireplace, private water closet on the other side.
Bath 2: The queen bedroom has an inviting soaking tub with handheld shower, vanity sink.
Bath 3: Marble and tile shower, rain head fixture / handheld shower, and glass shower door.
Bath 4: Marble and tile shower with two shower heads, glass door, separate granite vanity.

Living Room:
Grandiose Charleston living room with two comfortable couches, broad art, constructed in bookcase, handsome dining table with seating for eight, and Samsung “Frame” TV.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a refreshed dependency or a freshly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it located on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old wood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction.
