A sizable second story loft serves as a second living space, ideal for playing games at a game table. A daybed in the loft can convert to a king-sized bed, accepting for even more sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom has a intelligent TV.

There is a completely remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is well outfitted with all the equipment needed to whip up an elaborate homemade meal. In addition to the dining room which seats 8 to 10 people, there is a sizable screened-in porch equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs to bring a breath of beachy air to any meal.
