Our home is a piling beach home with our main living upstairs. The enclosed bottom is a studio apartment/suite for you to savor. We are on the peaceful Davis Canal with a dock where you can spend time drinking coffee or beverages, reading, fishing, kayaking, boating and appreciating sunrises/sunsets. Appreciate the impressive, shared in ground pool and hot tub area. We are a fast, painless walk or bicycle ride to the beach.
The space:
It is a private studio apartment with a private entrance, a queen bed, private bathroom with tile shower and towel warmer, and a blue tooth fan for enjoying music. The living area has a comfortable, reclining couch. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot with pods and coffee. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are included. Savor the shared pool area with hot tub and the shared dock area. The grille is available for you to use. Bikes, chairs , kayaks and backpack cooler are by elevator for use.
