All bedrooms provide deck access for waking up to a salty ocean breeze. After a day at the beach, the outdoor fun can continue back at the home in the backyard area with cornhole boards. Guests who stay at Harrell's Retreat have access to the Village Beach Club, open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and on weekends during May and September. This exclusive oceanfront facility and lifeguarded beach access is located just south of Dolphin Run, so you can walk, bicycle or take advantage of the complimentary and convenient oceanfront parking. Conveniences include an Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, bath home, pickleball court, and even a cafe with snacks, lunch and a full-service bar. The Village Beach Club is the one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of fun in the sun for the entire family.

Centrally located in Nags Head on the east side of bypass, Dolphin Run is the ideal neighborhood for guests who are looking for both simple access to the beach along with a variety of close by shopping and dining options. Within a mile radius of Harrell's Retreat you'll find the Outer Banks Mall, two grocery stores, ice cream, gift stores and go-carts.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.
