To finalize your reservation, we require all guests to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your reservation.
The agreement is standard and outlines important details such as home rules, liability waivers, and check-in procedures. A secure link will be sent after booking.
???? Animals are NOT Accepted:
As much as we appreciate furry companions, family pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $500/pet fee and demand immediate removal.
???? No Alterations or Furnishings Rearrangement
Guests may not alter the home in any way, including moving furnishings, wall decor, or fixtures. The home has been professionally arranged for guest comfort and safety. Additional charges may apply if items are found to be moved, damaged, or require reassembly. Moving furnishings or making any alterations will incur a $500 fine + the cost of repair if needed.
???? This is a 100% smoke-complimentary property.
Smoking is stringently prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
????️ Noise Notice:
▪️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
▪️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
▪️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
???????? To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit. Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
???? We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.
???? We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.
???? If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.

???? Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
▪️ If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
▪️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
▪️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added tranquility of mind.

To help maintain a clean and comfortable home, a professional cleaning is required every 14 days for all stays.
The standard cleaning fee covers:
✔️ 1 mid-stay clean (for stays up to 30 days)
✔️ Final move-out clean
For longer stays:
• 31–45 days – An additional $150 cleaning fee will be requested to cover a second mid-stay clean
• 45+ days – We’ll request $300/month to cover biweekly cleanings
By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this cleaning schedule.
