Roomy Master suite with King bed and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom holds 2 Twin beds. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom. 3 Intelligent TVs, high-speed WiFi, furnished deck, and 1 covered parking spot are some of the great additives of this condo. The covered spot is for cars only, trailers must be stored off-site. This condo does not come with a dock space, but one may be rented from the Realty office (first come, first serve). Fireplace and outdoor storage are not offered. View of marina and charter fishing fleet and guests may bring up to 2 cars. When renting you will have access to all community amenities (pool, exercise center, athletic courts, miles of lighted dock for walking).
