Just a few streets away from the beach, you'll have your toes in the sand in mins.. Whether you're calming at the home or soaking up the sun by the waves, you're in the ideal spot. The location is unbeatable—close to shopping, dining, and iconic attractions like the Wright Brothers Memorial and Avalon Fishing Pier, ensuring countless activities for the whole family on your Outer Banks vacation.

Inside, the open and airy living room flows into the outdoor deck, ideal for relaxing in the sun or savoring your morning coffee while curled up with a good book in one of the Adirondack chairs. The refreshed kitchen comes completely equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare meals anytime you like. After a day of exploring the OBX, getaway to one of the comfortable queen bedrooms, each furnished with beach-inspired décor and offering plenty of space to relax. And if you're not rather ready to head indoors, head to the carport beneath the home where you'll find ample seating and one of two gas firepits to savor under the stars!

Guests staying at Happy Hour have complimentary Avalon Fishing Pier parking and fishing privileges, accepting guests to park and fish at the pier for no additional cost!

Beach Access: Conveniently located close to the beach! Head east out of the driveway and towards the end of Greensboro Street. Head north on New Bern Street and then east on E. Avalon Street. Cross NC-12 at the designated crosswalk to access the beach at Avalon Pier. Home has Avalon Pier parking and fishing privileges, accepting guests to park and fish at the pier for no additional cost!

Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings 51 Weeks in Advance : This home accepts the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument to a Century of Flight are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Kitty Hawk Woods Reserve and Nags Head Woods Preserve.
