Cozy furnishings complement a enchanting third-level great room, along with striking ocean vistas. Additional great vistas can be seen from the fourth-level sitting area. Plenty of entertainment options are on hand with a first-level media room with TV and four other TVs, two VCRs, five DVD players, a stereo/CD player, and PlayStation 2 and 3. You'll also find a basketball hoop outside for shooting some hoops. Two main bedrooms and three additional bedrooms provide the ideal place to take a fast nap and recharge your batteries.

Things to Know
The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 2 cars.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.



Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
