The top level includes 2 bedrooms plus 2 dining areas and kitchen bar seating so there is plenty of space for your family and friends to appreciate meals, puzzles, and games. You will feel like royalty when you step into the king en suite and be hard-pressed to find this broad of a bedroom with these sunset Sound vistas. With its private bath complete with a huge soaking tub and roomy walk-in shower, you will feel as if you stepped into a opulent spa of your very own. The upstairs level also includes an en suite queen bedroom. The enormous upper deck has an abundance of seating and handsome vistas can be accessed from sliders in the living room and in the primary king en suite.

The lower-level features 3 bedrooms (king en suite with a stall shower, king with a Jack and Jill bathroom connected to the pyramid bunk bedroom), a 2nd sizable living room, and game room. The 2 king bedrooms and lower level living room each have sliding doors with access to the pool deck and beautiful Sound vistas. The living room is between the two king bedrooms on this level. The pyramid bunk bedroom has a full bed as the bottom bunk, a twin trundle, and a twin upper bunk.

The exterior of the home features a huge driveway and parking area with space to keep your kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, bicycles, and any other items you travel with or rent during your stay. Painless water sports access via your private landing with stairs to the Sound. Appreciate outdoor play in the large, flat sound front backyard with Adirondack chairs and swing set. Take in the most extraordinary sunset while relaxing in the sound front hot tub or splashing in the sound front saltwater pool, both directly accessible from the lower level living room. There is also an outdoor shower, 2 foot rinse areas at the front and the rear of this home. Sounds Ducky is across the street from a short 5-min. walk to ocean beach access.

The private pool is open from the second week of April to the third week of October. The pool size is roughly 12’ x 32’. Optional pool heat is available for $550/week.
