The 2 king bedrooms and lower level living room each have sliding doors with access to the pool deck and charming Sound vistas. The living room is between the two king bedrooms on this level. The pyramid bunk bedroom has a full bed as the bottom bunk, a twin trundle, and a twin upper bunk.

The exterior of the home features a sizable driveway and parking area with space to keep your kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, bicycles, and any other items you travel with or rent during your stay. Painless water sports access via your private landing with stairs to the Sound. Savor outdoor play in the large, flat sound front backyard with Adirondack chairs and swing set. The private pool is open from the second week of April to the third week of October. The pool size is roughly 12’ x 32’. Optional pool heat is available for $550/week.
