The second level, where you’ll find the front door of the home, features two of the sleeping accommodations. Here you’ll find two cavernous Queen En Suites, both offering private deck access. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

Head up to the third level to savor the roomy, high ceiling great room with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The comfortable living room includes a enormous couch and two leather recliners, ideal for calming and gathering together. The completely equipped kitchen offers appliances, cookware, and plenty of workspace to prepare meals, while the breakfast bar with seating for three keeps everybody part of the conversation. Appreciate your creations in the dining area with seating for six. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level. Step out onto the deck to sip your morning coffee or read a book before a fun filled day on the Outer Banks.

The fourth level features the King En Suite for the ultimate privacy. There is a private sitting area in this bedroom, ideally tucked away for getting some fast work done or maybe even taking a nap.

Trailers, U-Hauls, and campers are not allowed in the Bermuda Bay community.

**The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Check-Out is 10am.
