Guests will have access to the entire home, with no shared indoor spaces. Appreciate the comfort and privacy of having the whole property to yourself during your stay.

Other things to note
The outdoor pool is closed for the winter season.
- It will be open from April 1 to October 31, and available daily from sunrise to sunset.
- For everybody’s safety, nighttime swimming is not allowed.

No Smoking, No Parties, No Illegal Activity
- Smoking or vaping of any kind is stringently prohibited inside the home or within 15 ft (5 meters) of the property. A $300 fee will be charged for any violation.
- Parties and events are also stringently prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $1,000 fine.
- Additionally, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives is not tolerated. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund.

Minimum Age Requirement: We welcome bookings from guests age 25 and older. Guests under 25 are welcome when accompanied by parents or other responsible adults.

Accurate Guest Count: For safety, insurance, and compliance reasons, all guests must be supplied in your reservation at the time of booking. A fee of $100 per guest per nighttime will apply for any undisclosed guests.

Pet Policy
Only up to 2 well-trained dogs under 25 kg each are allowed.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Standard check-in time: 4 PM | Standard check-out time: 11 AM. Need flexibility? Inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability).

Cleaning Policy: This is a cozy property, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not supplied unless requested.
Additional cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This accepts us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional costs for rescheduling our cleaning team.
