The Space:

23 Davis Appreciate is a pretty 2-story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short golf cart ride to the Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, the Atlantic Ocean and Fripp's Handsome Beach, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Cabana Club and more. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 10 people and offers beautiful porch vistas of Ocean Creek Golf Course fairway.



The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the houseware essentials accepting you to stay in and prepare. The living, dining and kitchen area are blended together to create a charming open floor plan. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed and a private balcony overlooking Davis Adore Drive. Both 1st floor guest bedrooms have 2 full beds, and all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The primary bathroom and 1 guest bathroom have a tub shower combo, and the 2nd guest bedroom has a shower. Extensive screened in porch overlooking the fairway of Ocean Creek Golf Course. Delightful Clemson and golf decor give this home a very nice ambiance.



Unique features of the property include a gas grille, an outdoor shower for simple beach cleanup, and high-speed wireless internet. TVs in every room (4 in total) include Comcast cable T.V. along with DVD players. The laundry area has a full-size washer and dryer and is located off the guest bathroom on the main floor. The home has a light, open floor plan that is great for family and friends with privacy when needed.



The View:

The furnished screened-in porch is ideal for appreciating the outdoors with a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon drink. Great view of the golf course from the screened-in porch.

Your unit is outfitted with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
