Our unit faces the pool and a landscaped courtyard. Catch a striking sunrise from the balcony! And the best part? Just STEPS to the beach!

The condo's appearance is inviting and inviting, but it is the "unseen" upgrades that bring it over the top in comfort! Our unit features peaceful three-zone AC/heat with remote controls for each area, and a separate in-wall dehumidifier to keep air dry and fresh-feeling!

The kitchen is completely equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and silverware you’ll need. The sunlit, gorgeously decorated living room includes a comfortable queen-size couch bed. A TV with DVD player is supplied for your entertainment. The primary bedroom, also opening to the balcony, has a queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, a window with an ocean view, as well as an enlarged private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, so that the unit can sleep a total of six people. Both bedrooms have sizable closets with ample hanging space and storage for your suitcases. The main bathroom is a full bath with tub/shower. All bed beds have premium AllerEase bed protectors offering both allergy protection and cool sleep.

Two high deck chairs beckon you to relax and savor the great beach view from the covered balcony. A roomy pool deck with reclining lounge chairs surrounds the enormous main pool and the kiddie pool. For your comfort, the pool is heated in the spring and fall, and outside showers are located near both the pool and the beach. Hungry? Cook a juicy steak at the outdoor grilles and enjoy the sea breeze as you eat at the picnic tables on the pretty and well-kept grounds!

Units only run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season but can sometimes vary in the off-season.

LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED; renter provides their own sheets and towels. A basket of linens and towels can be supplied by owner for a $60.00 fee. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Important policies: NO SMOKING, NO FAMILY PETS. You agree to abide by all rules governing the community where the property is located. Only one car is allowed per rental, with no motorbikes, trailers or golf carts. Renter must be at least 25 years old. All units are subject to S. C. and Horry County taxes. Weather-related refunds given only for the duration of actual mandatory evacuations.

Note that all APATB IV units are serviced monthly by Oceanside Pest Control. Feel complimentary to ask any questions before booking. By booking, you agree to allow Oceanside Pest Control access to the condo when they service the building.
