Two more bedrooms on this level (queen, pyramid bunk) share a bath accessed from the hallway. Step out the door to the back deck where you'll find the bubbly hot tub, set in the ideal spot for stargazing. The washer/dryer are conveniently located on this level for tossing in a load of wet beach towels after a impressive day spent in the sun and sand. The fourth bedroom with a queen bed is located on the second level along with the third full bathroom. The great room offers a respite from the rest of the world in the casual luxury of leather couches in front of a huge, flat screen Intelligent TV. The kitchen is well-appointed for painless meal preparation, and the adjacent dining area seats an additional three at the breakfast bar. Step out the French doors to the top-level shaded deck for blue ocean vistas and relax with your morning cup of coffee and a good book or take a 5-min. walk to the beach. Take SAFE HAVEN this year and rest assured that your vacation is in good hands. One modest dog allowed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
