The Starboard at First Flight Retreat — Soak Under the Stars, Top Floor

The Starboard saves its best show for after dark. From your private hot tub on the top-floor balcony, there's nothing between you and the nighttime sky — soak away the beach day while the stars come out over the dunes and the ocean rolls in below. By day, the north-facing perch delivers superb coastline vistas; by nighttime, it's the best seat in the building.

Top-Floor Space That Lives Generous

Vaulted ceilings give this 1-bedroom a sense of space most condos twice its size can't match, with plush carpeting throughout and a new 55" curved UHD Intelligent TV in the living area. The king bedroom (with its own sizable TV) is your getaway, and a queen sleeper couch flexes the condo up to four guests. The bath is finished with a tiled walk-in shower and granite vanity, the completely furnished kitchen includes both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig, and beds are made for your arrival. Washer and dryer in the condo and complimentary Wi-Fi supplied.

Elevator access takes you all the way to the top floor (the elevator is a community amenities, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed).
