Welcome to Family Vacation R & R: This home is located in Kill Devil Hills in a neighborhood community on the west side of the bypass. It's a very short drive of a few mins. to the ocean or the sound and to the Kitty Hawk Bay bicycle and walking path. Plenty of parking, even room for a boat. Appreciate the enormous fenced-in backyard and the back deck for grilling out when not out playing or sightseeing. Or simply savor calming on the front porch. The home is located on a quarter acre, peaceful and peaceful.
Accommodations in the home include a Master bedroom on the main level with a king-size bed and a full bath. The main level has an open concept living room and dining area with a table for six and a kitchen with island seating for two. Pantry. Laundry room with washer/dryer.
Upstairs are three more bedrooms; two with queen beds, and one with a full bed. Another full bathroom is upstairs.
Bedroom features:
- Extensive upstairs master BR, Purple room, queen, with a massage chair in the sitting area
- Bedroom with a queen bed, blue room, with a huge screen TV
- Bedroom with double bed, Tangerine room, (accessed through
