Sea Yawl 2 is ideally suited for one family or two couples/two modest families. Salvo offers impressive wide beaches, great eateries and stores, walking and cycling paths, museums, close access to both the ocean and the bay, and even a public park and modest skate park. There is a fun ice cream shop in walking distance from the home and a convenience store with delicious sandwiches.

There is a huge flat-screen TV in the living room that is Roku enabled. The king room and the queen room also both have Roku intelligent TVs. The outdoor TV has a Intelligent Google TV. The home does not have cable TV. The internet is great for streaming and for remote work.

Please notice that the bedroom-level bathroom is shared. The bathroom is accessed by the master bedroom and the hallway.

Light sleepers should be aware that the bedroom level is below the living area and the floors are creaky in some places.

Rental include sheets and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels! Supplied in the rental is access to 2 Townie beach bicycles, beach chairs for 6, and a few kinds of beach carts. We also have a few beach games (including Cornhole) that you are welcome to use. Don’t forget that the home has a enormous hot tub on the ground level. Morning hot tub soaks at the beach are extraordinary. 2026 is a big year for our ground-level space. Our game room has had a remodel and looks handsome. It has a table-style shuffleboard game, foosball table, and mini refrigerator. Directly outside the game room is an outdoor living room complete with an outdoor TV and lounge area. This will be a great way to spread the family out and appreciate the fresh beach air.
