You will be impressed by this newly remodeled home within Palmetto Dunes Resort!

The Kitchen features Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bespoke cabinetry. The Kitchen will be completely equipped with all the amenities of home. The dining area seats six.

The furnishings throughout the home is new just as everything in the home is new. All bedrooms have new beds and HDTVs.

The Primary Bedroom features a King bed, enormous walk-in closet and private access to the huge wooden deck that adorns the rear of the home. The en-suite Primary Bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and granite double vanity.

The Second Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed while the Third Guest Bedroom has Two Twins. These bedrooms share the Guest Bathroom, which has a tiled tub and shower combination along with its own granite vanity.

Just off the Kitchen is the laundry room and a Half Bath for visitors to conveniently access.

Outside you'll be able to take in the gorgeous lagoon vistas from your sizable back deck adjacent to the bigger pool area. The Pool is one of the biggest on the rental market with Palmetto Dunes. The Beach is just a short bicycle ride away.
