Whether you're appreciating beverages at the bar, reading in the great room, or playing board games at the dining table, there's plenty of room to connect with your people.

The screened porch, with comfortable, upholstered chairs, and adjoining sun deck offer the ideal places to sip morning coffee, listen to the surf, or watch ships glide by on the ocean and Cape Fear River.

-- TRANSPORTATION: Two golf carts (one 6-seater and one 4-seater) plus a trailer for beach gear.
-- BEACH GEAR: 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, and a stash of sand toys.
-- BICYCLES: Access to at least two adult bicycles (subject to condition).
-- TECH: High-speed Mesh Wi-Fi, big screen TV, and a Bluetooth speaker system throughout the top floor and porches.
