Inside, you’ll find a bright and cavernous reverse floor plan with the main living, upsized kitchen, and dining areas upstairs to maximize the ocean vistas. Giant windows on three sides flood the space with natural light, while a completely equipped kitchen with granite countertops offers everything you need to prepare and gather. Whether you're appreciating drinks at the bar, reading in the great room, or playing board games at the dining table, there's plenty of room to connect with your people.

PORCHES & VIEWS
The screened porch, with comfortable, upholstered chairs, and adjoining sun deck offer the ideal places to sip morning coffee, listen to the surf, or watch ships glide by on the ocean and Cape Fear River. In the evening, the west-facing porch becomes your front-row seat to island sunsets—best adored from a rocking chair with a cold drink in hand.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY
-- TRANSPORTATION: Two golf carts (one 6-seater and one 4-seater) plus a trailer for beach gear.
-- BEACH GEAR: 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, and a stash of sand toys.
-- BICYCLES: Access to at least two adult bicycles (subject to condition).
-- TECH: High-speed Mesh Wi-Fi, big screen TV, and a Bluetooth speaker system throughout the top floor and porches.
