Soundside pool and hot tub with handsome view of sound. Both pools have poolside bathrooms. There is a very Nice Fishing Pier with Sizable covered Hut and plenty of seating for appreciating the birds and sunset. Unwind in chairs while enjoying the peaceful grassy area overlooking the Sound. **Our condo unit is H-302. Currently, we do have a very nice, wide ocean view off to our left. This view could be impacted by ongoing construction of new development in adjacent lot.
