New stacked washer & dryer installed in 2021. Living Room with comfortable sectional couch and La-Z-Boy recliner added. Master bedroom with King size bed, Bedroom#2 with Queen size bed and Bedroom#3 with Full/Twin Bunk. Covered Deck with side Ocean view. Polywood Deck Furnishings with Bar Table and Chairs. Exterior seating for 7. Great place to hang out and savor the ocean view and relax. Covered Garage parking (Only two cars allowed). Year-Round Outdoor Heated Oceanfront pool/hot tub. Soundside pool and hot tub with gorgeous view of sound. Both pools have poolside bathrooms. There is a very Nice Fishing Pier with Sizable covered Hut and plenty of seating for appreciating the birds and sunset. Unwind in chairs while enjoying the calming grassy area overlooking the Sound. **Our condo unit is H-302. Currently, we do have a very nice, wide ocean view off to our left. This view could be impacted by ongoing construction of new development in adjacent lot.
