Exterior seating for 7. Great place to hang out and savor the ocean view and relax. Covered Garage parking (Only two cars allowed). Year-Round Outdoor Heated Oceanfront pool/hot tub. Soundside pool and hot tub with handsome view of sound. Both pools have poolside bathrooms. There is a very Nice Fishing Pier with Extensive covered Hut and plenty of seating for appreciating the birds and sunset. Unwind in chairs while enjoying the peaceful grassy area overlooking the Sound. Nice Club/Exercise Room for your use. Entire Resort was upgraded in 2019- 2020. **Our condo unit is H-302. Currently, we do have a very nice, wide ocean view off to our left. This view could be impacted by ongoing construction of new development in adjacent lot.

Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores.
