The Space:

This studio is a private hideaway tucked away from the main street.

Once inside you will find the kitchenette, a two top table for eating, and the private petite en suite bathroom. There is no true living space on the first floor. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, pots & pans, dinnerware, basic cooks tools, and range. Please note that there is no dishwasher.

There is a spiral staircase up to the second floor bedroom.



Guest Access:

This is a private rental with a private entrance. Guests have access to the entire space.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is ideal for a couple or a group who is looking to completely embrace Charleston's unique appeal. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of stores, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of stores and eateries, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our gorgeous city has to offer!



Getting Around:

Most everything is within walking distance and Charleston is a very walkable city. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE off-street parking space. We suggest an economy size car to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets.



Other Things to Note:

• Please note our strict cancellation policy - All Cancellations eligible for refund are subject to pay credit card processing fee of 3.8%

• This is a legal accommodation zoned as a hotel by the City of Charleston

• Streaming device supplied as opposed to standard cable

• There is one off-street parking space. Additional cars must be parked in the nearest parking garage. Our parking spaces have a car restriction of 8 feet wide, and 18 feet long. If the supplied parking space is too tight for your car, you will be directed to the nearest parking garage.

• No smoking within 30 feet of the property. Violating this rule may result in fines.

• Free Tesla and EV charger located on property in dedicated charging space for guest use only.

• Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM. Please consider these times when booking travel as we can not guarantee early check in's or late check out's.
