A long private driveway leads you to the front door where you can step inside and choose from four bedrooms on the first level to appreciate a comfortable nighttime's rest. There is a queen bedroom with TV/DVD and a queen bedroom that share a full bath, a bedroom with two singles and another queen bedroom that share another full bath. A central sitting area completes this floor with a comfortable couch and TV/DVD and slider to a huge deck with hammock and seat.

When it's time to relax, your instincts will lead you outside to the first floor deck and the calming covered porch w/ hot tub. On the top level you'll find the airy great room, sun soaked with ocean front windows and sun decks. The well-kept kitchen will keep the prepare occupied, and the family can savor the evening meal in the dining area with photogenic vistas, or step outside to the breezy porch for picnic-style fare. The living room entices you with accommodating seating, gas log fireplace, TV/DVD and convenient half bath. The king master bedroom with TV/DVD, full bath and slider are on this upper floor. A captain's watch with table and chairs is ideal for the family card game or simply gazing at the ocean and sound vistas while sipping on your morning coffee.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
