This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is centrally located in Nags Head. Its ideal location is close to many great local attractions including the attractively modernized Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, as well as fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more.

Savor the impressive, unobstructed ocean vistas from your cavernous, 24' x 6' balcony. The unit also offers a well-equipped kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, two 41`+ flat-screen TVs, one 37` flat-screen tv, cable, and WiFi. On the property, you will have access to two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grilles, a kids’s play area, and direct beach access.

Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen-size bed. Linens are included by an independent service (Bath towels, washcloths and bed linens). Beds will be made when you arrive!

The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and really appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a bags lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an luxury of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control.

This unit is located on a third-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking).

Sorry - no family pets or smoking in unit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date.

Our magnificant caretakers, Mike and Lisa, live onsite and are as dedicated to your experience as we are.
