The entirely equipped kitchen and dining area make meals painless and enchanting. Step outside onto the balcony and let the salt air gently drift over you as you take in the sound of the waves and sweeping shoreline vistas. This space is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon sunshine, or peaceful evenings spent stargazing.

Sleeping accommodations include a Queen En Suite and a Twin over Twin alcove Bunk Set in the hallway, making this condo ideal for couples, modest families, or groups. A second full bathroom is also located in the hall.

Guests of East of the Sun appreciate access to the Colony by the Sea community amenities, including an oceanfront community pool, beach access, a community BBQ area with picnic tables, swing sets, courts, and laundry facilities. Beach chairs are included to make your days by the ocean even easier.

This condo is located within walking distance to Duck’s stores, eateries, boardwalk, and memorable sunsets on the sound. **Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

With beach chairs and umbrellas, surfboards, oceanfront dining, and daily live music and entertainment all at your fingertips, Village Beach Club transforms your Outer Banks hideaway into a full resort destination.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Kids 2 and under are complimentary.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
