Located near the border of Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills, Beach Haven is the ideal spot for your family hideaway. Just a short walk to the beach, this home offers ocean vistas to savor throughout your stay. With access to the seasonal pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, and volleyball, you and your family will spend hours of quality time outdoors together. Rainy days are no worry with Sea Dunes' indoor clubhouse, equipped with a racquetball court, Wallyball court, pool table, air hockey table, and exercise room.

This townhome offers two floors of living space, so you and your family can spread out. The comfortable living area features plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV where you can appreciate a movie or the big game. You and your family will appreciate calming on the third-floor ocean view balcony where you can start your day with a cup of coffee and the sunrise over the ocean. Prepare your favorite meals in your completely equipped kitchen which includes a microwave and dishwasher for painless cleanup. Your whole family can enjoy meals together at the dining table, or pack your meal up and enjoy it outside at one of gazebo picnic areas.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Kids 2 and under are complimentary.
Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
