Doomsday can wait. Dunes Day is all about slowing down and settling into island time. Located on the southern end of Hatteras Island, this first floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo makes coastal living simple, simple, and completely anxiety complimentary with no steps from arrival to relaxation.

Appreciate a direct view of the pool just outside your front window, then step onto your private patio space for a peaceful morning start with a cup of coffee. Spend your day at the community pool or take the short walk to the beach where the Atlantic Ocean glistens.

Inside, upgraded floor, dimmable lighting, and a comfortable layout create a casual and inviting space. A cozy bedroom, welcoming living area, and entirely equipped kitchen make it painless to settle in and feel at home.

When you’re ready to discover, walk to local eateries, stores, or take a breathtaking walk to the soundside gazebo to watch boats cruise by. Hop on the Hatteras-Ocracoke Ferry for a day trip to Ocracoke Island, or head out for fishing, surfing, or beach driving at close by Ramp 55.

From peaceful mornings to salty afternoons, Dunes Day is your reset button on the Outer Banks.

**Our private unheated outdoor community pool is available, weather permitting, year-round. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason. Pool temperatures vary greatly depending on the season.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Check-Out is 10am.

With beach chairs and umbrellas, surfboards, oceanfront dining, and daily live music and entertainment all at your fingertips, Village Beach Club transforms your Outer Banks hideaway into a full resort destination.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Kids 2 and under are complimentary.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
