This appealing condo offers a comfortable Queen En Suite bedroom, along with a cozy Twin bed alcove in the hallway that is ideal for kids or an additional guest. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just steps away. The living room couch also converts into a futon for additional sleeping space.

Just steps from the community beach access, Duckin’ Out at Colony by the Sea makes it painless to spend your days in the sand and surf while staying close to the Duck Boardwalk, local stores, eateries, and family friendly attractions.

Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Kids 2 and under are complimentary.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a max. of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
