Though close by dining options are available, you will appreciate preparing meals in the saltbox-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample countertop space, ideal for family gatherings. Painless-to-clean wood floors throughout the mid and top-levels add to the classic ambiance.

The top-level bedrooms are accessible by stairs only. The mid-level and ground-level king master suites are designed with accessibility in mind, featuring additional-wide doors to accommodate wheelchairs. The mid-level king master bathroom includes a roll-under sink and a walk-in shower. Additionally, there are no steps leading from the private walkway to the dune-top deck, ensuring that everybody can watch the family play on the beach or gather on the deck.

Sound Sea Village is a cozy, peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. The multi-use trail that runs along 12 North makes it painless to walk or bicycle through the Town of Duck. Watersports and sound access are available just across from the neighborhood for kayaking, paddleboarding, or watching sunsets. Additional luxury details:
Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Family Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
