Family Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. All Outer Banks Blue vacation units include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
