The Space:

Just an painless walk to the shoreline, this two-story condo offers the ideal coastal hideaway! The top floor features the main living area, complete with a bright and sunny living room that opens to a private balcony. A pull-out couch bed provides additional sleeping space for guests. The open concept layout flows into a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dedicated coffee nook. A half bathroom is also located just off the kitchen.



The mid-level hosts two cavernous queen bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and private balcony. On the ground level, you'll find a laundry room and an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Just a fast 5-min. walk to the sand, this condo offers the ideal location for your vacation.

**The community pool opens May 23, 2026, and you’ll receive the access code along with your check-in instructions.**



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The home is outfitted with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are included at no additional charge.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered family pets, late departure without approval by host, & home left excessively messy.
