The Space:

The top floor features the main living area, complete with a bright and sunny living room that opens to a private balcony. A pull-out couch bed provides additional sleeping space for guests. The open concept layout flows into a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dedicated coffee nook. A half bathroom is also located just off the kitchen.

The mid-level hosts two roomy queen bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and private balcony. On the ground level, you'll find a laundry room and an outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Just a fast 5-min. walk to the sand, this condo offers the ideal location for your vacation.
